Litrak Introduces Contra Flow On LDP In Puchong 
Beginning next Monday, Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd or Litrak will introduce the contra-flow traffic scheme for the South-bound direction towards Putrajaya, between the Petaling Jaya Selatan toll plaza and Bandar Puchong Jaya at the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong.
The traffic scheme, introduced for the first time in Puchong, would however, not be in operation on public holidays.

IOI Properties upbeat, plans new launches
Property developer IOI Properties Bhd expects sales to grow by 30 per cent for its current fiscal year ending June 30 2010, driven by the launch of two phases of its "16 Sierra" residential development. "We expect to achieve sales of about RM850 million this year. However, that is only a conservative target," said its general manager of marketing and business development, Lee Yoke Har.
She said sales for the first seven months of the current fiscal year have already exceeded the company's previous year's sales of around RM650 million.

16 Sierra generating good interest
Over 400 buyers have registered themselves since IOI Properties Bhd opened its latest residential development 16 Sierra for registration this morning (Jan 12), an official of the company told theedgeproperty.com.
IOI Properties Bhd is targeting a 100% take up within a week of the launch of 16 Sierra’s Phase 1 and 2, the official added. Construction started in November 2009 and the entire project is scheduled for completion in early 2012.
